"Can you hear me? Is my camera on?” You won’t have to worry about your live streams or audience when you work with Jason and Peculiar Galaxies to produce your live events online. With decades of experience streaming live events remotely and on-location, we have what you need to make a high-quality broadcast to inform and engage your audience. All you and your guests will have to worry about is knowing your topic. We’ll take care of the technology! Live Streaming events Up to two hours’ event 1 producer 2 cameras 1 external input (slideshow, etc. supplied by client) 2 microphones (generally speakers and/or audience, lav, handheld, zoom) 1 title card (prefer client produced, can edit as needed) Advance back end setup and streaming to channels of choice (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch)* A run-of-show plan for all participants A half-hour advance rehearsal/tech-check meeting CLIENT MUST SUPPLY A SOLID INTERNET CONNECTION, ETHERNET PREFERRED, AND ELECTRICAL POWER. Add-ons Additional time - $100/hour (1 hour minimum) Camera - $200 per (additional operator required, up to four total)* Microphone - $100 per RTMP streaming to non-native channels (Vimeo, Wix, etc.) - $100 per A PG producer will work with you in advance to line up details. Organizing and confirming guests, invitations, event details, etc. are the responsibility of the client. Peculiar Galaxies’ responsibilities extend only to planning and delivering the live stream. *CLIENT MUST HAVE AN EXISTING CHANNEL. Peculiar Galaxies can create social media channels for an additional fee. Some channels have specific requirements to be met before live streaming is allowed.
